Clear, healthy and beautiful skin is the desire of every woman. Don't we all want picture-perfect, flawless skin? Not just because it makes us look beautiful but it also mirrors our health and who doesn't want to be healthy? Having a clear, smooth skin is a dream of almost everyone but it is not easy as it looks. There are a lot of leading factors that damages the quality and texture of our skin every day like stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, pollution, UV rays etc.

The question that appears here is how to deal with it?

Well, it is quite simple and easy. You can now get your clear smooth skin back with a few simple tricks.

Tbh, we already know thousands of skin care products that guarantee us clear and glowing skin but do they always work? The answer is a straight NO!! Yes, some of them are actually good but as soon as you stop using them your problems are back. They are not a permanent solution. Besides they also cost a lot of money. Rather rely on these products, you can try some simple and easy home remedies to get beautiful skin.

1. Lemon



Lemon, one of the cheapest yet the best solution for your skin problems. Citric acid present in lemon keeps our skin clear by removing dead cells, and its vitamin C reduces dark spots by increasing the cell renewal process. It also helps in improving skin complexion because of the bleaching properties it possesses.


Remedy:

Make it a habit of applying fresh-squeezed lemon juice (mix it with raw honey for better results) to your entire face and neck and leave it on for 10 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water. You can also rub cucumber slices on your skin after this to soften and moisturize your skin.

2. Honey


Honey is an excellent moisturizer and it also has antibacterial properties to prevent your skin from infection.

Remedy:

Take some raw honey and apply it directly on your skin. Wait for it to dry and then wash it off. It will deeply moisturize your skin, making it soft and supple. Do it regularly and see results for yourself.

You can also do this, take one teaspoon of honey, two teaspoons of milk and one teaspoon of gram flour and mix it well. Apply it all on your face for 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Do this once a week to get radiant and clear skin.

3. Cucumber


Cucumber improves your skin's appearance by repairing/removing damaged skin cells and enhances a fresh glow to your skin.

Remedy:

Before going to bed every night, cut the cucumber into thick slices and rub them gently all over your face. Wash your face early in the morning.

4. Turmeric


Turmeric is a great antiseptic that minimizes scars and it also lightens skin complexion. Furthermore, it also helps to soothe your skin and remove allergies and infections that make your skin look dull and lifeless.

Remedy:

Take one tablespoon of turmeric powder and add pineapple juice in it and make the paste. Apply it to your face and wait until it dries. Then wash it off with warm water. Do this two to three times a week to prevent skin from getting spots.
Alternatively, you can make turmeric powder and gram flour paste by adding milk. Apply it on your skin and leave it till it dries and then washes it off with warm water, gently scrubbing your skin in a circular motion.

5. Aloe Vera


Aloe Vera is very beneficial for skin. Its antibacterial property helps killing bacteria that cause acne, anti-inflammatory property soothes irritated skin, and astringent property heals scars. It also moisturizes the skin and stimulates new skin cell growth.

Remedy:

Extract Aloe Vera gel from its leaf and apply it on your face.Wait till it dries and then wash it away.

6. Coconut Oil


Coconut oil is enriched with antioxidants that prevent free radical activity. It also possess antibacterial and anti-fungal attributes that help  in maintaining clear and smooth skin. Furthermore, it will also keep your skin soft and moisturized by penetrating deep into underlying tissues of the skin.

Remedy:

Take some oil and warm it then apply it on your body. Gently massage it for 15-20 minutes then rinse it off with warm water.

All or any of these remedies if followed daily will result in giving you beautiful, smooth and perfectly moisturized skin. Try these at home and make yourself look attractive and healthy.
