Back from office, I logged in my laptop to refresh my mind while listening to songs and scrolling through Facebook. And boom, my desktop started buzzing, notifying about all the received emails I needed to respond.
Tired, exhausted, I started getting annoyed. Thinking about if there would ever be a way to respond all these emails without much of my intervention.
Luckily, I now learned, there's a way to automate the process in Gmail, especially if you tend to send the same redundant email every day.
There's a feature called "Canned Responses" that lets you create email templates that you can reuse later, so now you do not have to write same things over and over, rather use it. Plus it is FREE.

Below is the complete procedure to how to Set it up,
Login to your Gmail account by providing correct ID and password.
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your Gmail account.
Click on "Settings" now
Click on the "Labs" setting and scroll down and click "Enable" for Canned Responses and then scroll all the way to the bottom and click "Save Changes" to activate the feature.
Once your Gmail tab refreshes, compose a new email, leaving the "To" and "Subject" fields blank, so that you can fill it later accordingly.
Now, all you need to do is to create a new template. In the new message window, click on the down arrow in the lower right corner, then, click "Canned responses" and "New canned response":
Add your canned response by naming the template and then composing the email. Plus, you can make as many canned responses as you want for different responses and then after writing your template email, click on the down arrow again, then "Canned responses" and select the template name from earlier before to save it.
The next time you ever need to type the very same email, you can just load up a canned response, fill out the necessary details and click send.
Isn't it effective? Just do it now and relieve your stress. No hectic typing any more!!
